Purchasing by the hanging weight portions
1/4, 1/2, or whole beef. Pricing is estimated by a whole beef hanging weight of 500 lbs. This varies per animal. All beef hangs for minimum of 18 days and is in vacuum sealed packaging. The actual packaged weight of the beef is between 60-70% of the hanging weight. You pick ALL the cuts you receive back! You will be provided with a cut sheet prior to the butcher date you must fill out and return to us.
¼ beef - $7.00/lb (weight example: 125 lbs x $7.00 = $875.00)
½ beef - $6.00lb (weight example: 250 lbs x $6.00 = $1,500 (savings $250)
Whole beef - $5.00/lb (weight example: 500 lbs x $5.00 = $2,500 (savings $500)
